Before joining The Business Partnership, Colin spent most of his professional life working for major construction companies in the Civil and Mechanical Engineering sectors. In the late seventies, his work as an Administration Manager took him to the Middle East where he remained for over twenty years. A break in the nineties found him transferred to the UK Head Office employed as Personnel Officer responsible for overseas staff recruitment and welfare. Unable to resist the call of the desert, Colin returned overseas to work in The Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan and then on to Dubai. It was during his last posting in Dubai, where he was responsible for asset disposal, that he met and married Nicole.

Colin is now based in Swansea where he is actively involved with local businesses and is a committee member of the Swansea Bay branch of the Federation of Small Businesses.
