Ivan is a qualified accountant with over 20 years SME experience in both finance and operations roles. 
 
His first role after qualifying was providing strategic and financial advice to companies wishing to grow through acquisition, or looking to sell all or part of their operations. 
This set the path for his future career in corporate change and business partnering.
 
As the head of finance for SMEs and also acting on his own account, he has led negotiations and due diligence on successful acquisitions and takeovers, and taken a hands on operational role in integrating acquired businesses.
Similarly, he has led the disposal process on non-core business units for larger concerns.
 
He has raised private equity funding for start-up companies and gained experience in several industries.

He lives with his wife in central London and enjoys sailing and flying.
