Michael Horgan, Regional Partner
Michael originally studied engineering and then went on to do an MBA. He is a very experience senior manager operating within SME and as a PLC board member. He has, over the last 30 years, managed and developed businesses up to £350m T/O in UK, Europe, Australia and Far East within the service, engineering and health care sectors.
As an investor he has work with Private Equity Partners in successful buy, build, merger and disposal strategies, with business acquisitions and sales ranging from £15k to £80m
A qualified business coach, he has also helped many owners to plan and deliver on their business exit strategy through the successful management of the sale and due diligence process enabling them to achieve maximum return on their investment.
He has set up and managed a number of franchise networks in the UK, along the way helping many of the business owners to develop very successful operations that were then successfully sold on.
He has lived in the Thames Valley all his life and therefore brings this local knowledge, together with his work experiences, to help vendors sell their business successfully.
