A successful sale is always music to our ears at Business Partnership and regional partner Tim Bayley, who covers Birmingham North and Central and Warwickshire, certainly hit the high notes with this thriving family-run company.
Based in bespoke offices with easy access to the Midlands motorway network, Acoustic Arrangements began trading in the early 1990s. Its owners, who have electronics experience, spotted a gap in the market and rapidly developed an excellent reputation for supplying organisations and individuals alike with high quality products.
Over the past two decades, the company has looked after nearly 5,000 different customers and its current client base includes churches, conference centres, schools, universities and colleges, theatres, health and fitness centres, production companies, bands and DJs.
Acoustic Arrangements is recognised as one of the UK’s leading church audio visual installers and can meet presentation and communication requirements for both historic buildings and new builds.
The company also specialises in providing complete system solutions to schools and universities from consultation, design and installation to training, after sales service and support. It has also developed excellent relationships with suppliers.
Its new owners are The Yaboo Company Ltd trading as Wesley Media, who specialise in music licensing and video transmission for funerals. This includes the live streaming of military funerals, which allows the deceased’s colleagues overseas to pay their respects from afar.
“Working to secure the best possible deal for the husband and wife team at Acoustic Arrangements and their dedicated team of three staff was a joy,”
said Tim Bayley.
“I’m sure the owners will take pleasure in seeing the business they so lovingly built up grow over the coming years as they enter semi-retirement and pursue other projects.
“The company is a natural fit for Wesley Media, who are also based in the Midlands. One of the key factors in their decision to buy is Acoustic Arrangements’ recently developed e-commerce website, which sells to both the trade and public.”
