From inception, the business has grown steadily year on year, incorporating in 2004. At around this time the company gained a work-based learning contract to deliver apprenticeship training along with other educational needs.
The Company has recently been graded 'Good' in every aspect of provision.
In 2013 the Company moved into much larger premises. The new facility can accommodate on-site learners and has supported the growth of full time Traineeships and Study programmes.

The Company has made a significant impact on the local community by helping young people progress into sustainable employment opportunities, many from high deprivation or disadvantaged backgrounds.
