This business supplies vetted, work-ready temporary and contract staff into food processing, manufacturing and warehouse businesses across Scotland.

It holds a Gangmasters and Labour Abuse Authority (GLAA) licence and Association of Labour Providers (ALP) membership — credentials that represent a genuine barrier to entry in a closely regulated sector.

Fourteen clients currently hold signed contracts with the business, ten of them actively trading, spanning shellfish and fish processing, food manufacturing and general manufacturing. The two longest-standing relationships are each close to a decade old. 

The founding director remains closely involved and is open to a consultancy role through any transition, supported by a lean, low-overhead operating structure that keeps fixed costs down.
