A long established family operated business, the Vendors developed the trade in the historic town of Kenilworth and grew quickly to £1 million a year turn-over and latterly occupied large premises in Leamington Spa. The business had a high commercial element with an extensive client base around the West Midlands of restaurants and hotels as well as others. The husband and wife team decided that it was time to sell following a life changing event and Business Partnership marketed the business for a little over 12 months prior to identifying the eventual purchaser. The purchaser is a Partnership operating already within the West Midlands region and looking to grow.
