Michael began his career in retail sales and quickly progressed through to management level within the Arcadia group.

Realising his natural flare for sales and marketing, Michael secured a role within the highly competitive business telecoms industry using his sales and negotiating skills to source and manage large business to business contracts. Michael then transferred to a regional sales and quality manager role within the insurance claims industry.

Prior to joining The Business Partnership Michael spent eleven years with British Gas developing his position from Customer Sales executive through to Customer relations manager. During this time Michael has developed the skills to manage complex sales processes and negotiations through to successful conclusion, with a high emphasis on customer care throughout.

Using the skills developed and with a focus on making the process as smooth and customer focussed Michael is able to help business owners and buyers achieve their goals.
