This South West based company was a specialist manufacturer of polyurethane resin components used by the printing industry and in motor car and cycle production and manufacturing processes. The manufacturing facility was capable of producing high quality products in small batch quantities to exacting design tolerances and in a variety of colours, shapes and sizes.
The manufacturing process was both unusual and technically challenging as the creation of mouldable and machinable resins required both strict manufacturing protocol and skilled staff.
The business attracted significant interest and the eventual buyer was a regular customer who was attracted by the opportunities for vertical integration. The sale enabled the outgoing shareholders to begin a well-earned retirement.
