Iain has over 30 years’ experience as a board level finance professional with global investment banks Lehman Brothers, Credit Suisse, and Morgan Stanley, and more recently in the pension and wealth planning sector.

Iain’s unique blend of a strategic approach combined with business acumen and bias for embracing and driving change, has been invaluable in building shareholder value. As CFO or within the general transformation space, Iain has built and restructured businesses in the UK, India, and Brazil.

Having been through several acquisitions and disposals in his corporate life, not all of which ran smoothly, Iain brings experience and know-how when taking sellers or buyers on the journey, navigating the potential roadblocks, enhancing the chances of successful conclusion and optimising shareholder value.
