Nikki Bayley

Nikki has held several sales and administration posts in a variety of sectors including real estate, healthcare, kitchen supply and engineering.

Her passion was always sales and held regional sales roles for products ranging from jewellery to curtains for the NHS, Fitted Kitchens and Mobile Phones.

She then took on the family supportive role, travelling to many different locations around the world following her husband’s career in engineering. This meant living in Ghana, West Africa (7 years) and Toronto Canada (2 years) and bringing up their young son in trying conditions.

On returning to the UK, Nikki initially joined Tim in Business Partnership. Then followed a 10+ year career in the Estate Agency sector, working for a number of different local companies, mainly in their lettings departments. Then Covid hit! On finding herself furloughed, Nikki re-joined Business Partnership. She now runs the sales side of the Birmingham Office with Tim, as well as the administration and recruitment activities for Head Office.

Nikki, she loves the theatre, enjoys a good walk in the open air, loves (and hates) playing golf in equal measures and as a treat, relishes going out for a nice meal.
