Philippa Jane Tuck

Philippa has over 25 years of commercial experience helping established businesses unlock growth, improve profitability and build long-term value. As a Commercial Director and fractional Chief Growth Officer, she has worked closely with owner-managed businesses to identify opportunities, strengthen their operations and prepare for future growth or sale.

Her experience spans a wide range of sectors, including professional services, technology and media, healthcare and HealthTech, retail and consumer, food and hospitality, and financial services. In one business, Philippa grew turnover from £12m to £19m in just one year, exceeding an £18m board target.

Philippa brings valuable experience from both sides of a transaction. She has helped business owners build value ahead of a future sale and has worked within investor-backed businesses following acquisition to deliver the growth buyers invested in. She also works with private equity investors and has completed Imperial College Business School’s Private Equity Executive Programme.

This experience gives Philippa a practical understanding of what makes a business attractive to buyers, what they are prepared to pay a premium for and the factors that can impact value during the sale process.
