More than 3,000 clients have completed its programmes across classroom, digital and blended formats.

A defining strength is the brand’s exclusive position as the only training provider licensed to deliver official Motivational Intelligence programmes outside North America – the foundation for the world’s first SQA-accredited Executive Diploma in Leading with Motivational Intelligence, a unique and defensible offering competitors cannot readily replicate.

The acquisition comprises the full asset and IP package:

• Accreditations & goodwill – SQA and NOCN centre approval, CPD accreditation, multiple national and regional awards, and an established market reputation.
• Accredited course library & IP – the complete suite of leadership, management, coaching and Women in Leadership programmes, including 400+ hours of interactive content, course manuals, assessments, e-learning modules and the MQ methodology.
• Digital systems & platforms – a proprietary Learning Management System (LMS), a bespoke CRM and a dedicated coaching platform (together developed at a cost of over £250,000).
• Brand, trademarks & domains – registered trademarks (including The Power Within and Leading with Motivational Intelligence), the brand identity, website, and a portfolio of 20+ domains.
