This well established business was involved in all aspects of lift installation and maintenance, with many contracts in place for both its own customers and third party contracts managed by other lift supply companies.

Prior to acquisition due to the owner’s retirement, 160 lift maintenance agreements were handled for third party clients with the modernisation of own clients’ lifts accounting for 47 per cent of all turnover.

The business had always traded with a diverse customer base including nursing and residential homes, shops and office blocks, utility companies and universities. Several modernisations were completed for local health authorities.

The company offered huge potential for a new and committed owner, especially as changes in EU legislation assisted business in this sector.
