The Waterside Pub, Brownhills

Never give up!!!! Over a year from negotiating a deal we finally completed the sale! There have been many hurdles. a 12 months of negotiations with local buying groups, the Walsall Planning Authority and many other interested parties, the end of an era for a local public house has finally arrived.

The Waterside Pub has been a local to many over the years but, as with many hostelries, the business became unsustainable and the owners had to resort to selling the site for a change of use to a new convenience store.

Our clients pulled the last pint on 28th March 2023 amid many tears from themselves and the regulars they served.

We would like to wish Tracey and Mick all the very best in their well deserved retirement following many years of service to the local community.
