A former Managing Partner of a regional law firm, with interests now in a number of complimentary businesses in the Business to Business environment.

Philip is Non Exec Director for a number of companies both traditional and tech, and brings a down to earth outside perspective to SME’s through his peer to peer Business Exposure Groups ( Est 2010 ) and Entrepreneurs Club network ( Est 1999 ).

Philip is experienced in taking buyers, sellers and investors along the journey of a sale or acquisition, addressing the issues and maximising value.

Nigel has worked in the refrigeration and air conditioning industry for over 35 years. Originally in technical and commercial capacities, subsequently managing, owning, selling and buying businesses. Currently the owner of a significant air conditioning maintenance and installation business, established in 2008, looking after air conditioning systems for over 300 clients across the north of England, including hotels, motor dealerships, retail, offices as well as education establishments and hospitals.
