Over the years, he expanded the company significantly and diversified into new areas to meet evolving client needs, ultimately achieving a successful sale in 2017.

Following the sale, Simon transitioned into consultancy, advising business owners on sales, acquisitions, and succession planning. This naturally led to his work in business broking, where he now helps clients navigate the complexities of selling a business. With a strong background in manufacturing, he has first-hand insight into the practical demands and strategic decisions that business owners face every day.
